Manager commercial support
Your role will focus on making our sales strategy a reality. You will mostly be putting your efforts into:
Providing hands on support during sales processes: sending product samples and provide follow up;
Translating sales into action. Activities range from coordinating logistics to get the product delivered, to invoicing and related admin activities. And everything in between;
Cherishing our existing customer relationships to increase awareness and sales of our products. And where possible initiate new sales with small businesses;
Being the spider in the web for the team, by supporting the founder in managing her calendar and keeping an eye on the e-mailbox, organising team activities and providing an ear to anyone who needs it.
Your mindset is more important than your exact experience. We are looking for someone who excels in an environment that is ever changing and is used to have a dozen actions on the go at the same time.
Solid experience in a team assistant / office manager role is required;
Sales experience is not required, but a commercial mindset is;
Fluency in Dutch is required as the Netherlands is our core market at the moment. In addition English is required to ensure that you can work effectively with our diverse team.
